Fraud attempts with the luck draw

In the last time the amount of attempts of claiming wrongfully credits for errors of the lucky box have increased.
The scam is simple.
A ticket is sent claiming that the lucky box showed a non defined picture.
As “prove” a screenshot is sent. This screenshot has been altered to show the empty white box.

As we log all interactions with the lucky box those attempts can be proven as fraud.
The only problem about these claims is the fact that this burns much time of the support. Time that could have been used to support users that encountered real problems.

This unfortunate event forces me to imply punishment for such actions.
The punishment for the attempted fraud is the deduction of 1200 Taler. This can lead to a negative balance please save all of us this trouble and only hand in claims that are based on facts.
